c) Submenu "LENS"
Here the iris shutter settings of the objective are switched between "AUTO" (automatic) and
„MANUAL" (basic setting „MANUAL").
After selecting "AUTO", you can push the button to call a submenu by performing additional set-
tings.
"TYPE" Lens type switches between "DC" and "VIDEO"
The basic setting „DC" must not be changed. The setting „VIDEO" is not
supported by this camera because a DC lens is fi rmly installed.
"MODE" Selecting the shutter opening
"AUTO": Automatic setting of the camera (basic setting)
"OPEN": Shutter open
"CLOSE": Shutter closed
"SPEED" Set the speed for the shutter depending on the light situation
d) Submenu "SHUTTER/AGC"
The camera is equipped with a DC lens. Preferably leave the setting at "AUTO" so that the closure
speed can be selected automatically depending on the ambience light.
A submenu is called with the button if "AUTO" (automatic) or "MANUAL" is selected.
Setting "AUTO"
At great ambience brightness ("HIGH LUMINANCE"):
"MODE" „AUTO IRIS": The shutter must be set to a fi xed value and only the iris shutter
is controlled automatically.
„SHUT+AUTO IRIS": Both the shutter and the iris shutter are controlled auto-
matically.
„SHUT": The shutter is controlled automatically. Observe that this dis-
play appears only if „LENS" hs been selected in the setting menu and
„MANUAL" as operating mode.
"BRIGHTNESS" Setting the brightness
At low ambience brightness ("LOW LUMINANCE"):
"MODE" "AGC/OFF": Automatic amplifi cation control on/off
"BRIGHTNESS" Selection of the amplifi er factor (x0.25, x0.50, x0.75, x1.00)
