ENGINE WON'T START
1.
No fuel supplied to combustion chamber.

Clogged carburetor....Clean carburetor.
2. Engine oil system insufficient

Oil level is low....Add engine oil.
3. Compression insufficient
• Worn out piston and cylinder....Consult dealer.
7 - TRANSIT AND STORAGE
WARNING: Take care When transporting the generator that fuel,
engin oil and battery acid do not spill out of the generator. It is
advisable to remove any petrol, engin oil and battery acid before
transporting the generator.
This generator weights 30 kg for safety reason two persons are
required when lifting or moving the generator.
Long term storage of the machine will require some preventive
procedures to guard against deterioration. (PIC. 21)
1. Ensure that the storage room is dry and clean.
2. Discharge all gasoline in the tank: divert gasoline from
gasoline tank to a spare tank. Open gasoline switch, loose
bolts in carburetor and divert gasoline to a spare tank; loose
gasoline discharging bolts, remove spark plug and pull starter
grip 3-4 times to discharge the gasoline out of the pump.
Close oil switch and fasten gasoline-discharging bolts, and
reassemble spark plug.
3. Change engine oil
4. Remove spark plug and fill cylinder with a spoon of fresh
oil, and start engine for a few times to distribute oil, then
reassemble spark plug.

5. To protect generators from rust during storage: pull starter
WARNING: Gasoline may become extremely incendive and
explosive at some condition. DO NOT store gasoline near
beacons.
