and the operating voltage (e.g. dC_U5 .0 for 5.0V). After the test, the scales are ready
for use and the message 0.0 appears on the display. Pressing the I/O main switch again
will switch the device off.
TARE
Before loading the scales, make sure that the ZERO LED and the STABLE LED on the
left have lit up, and the required unit has lit up on the right. It means that the device is
in the optimal operating mode. If the ZERO LED does not light up or the display has
not been reset after unloading, press the [ZERO/TARE] button. The scales will confirm
the tare displaying the message 0.00. Then you can determine the net weight.
ERROR MESSAGES
" Ad_Err "
the weight is not measured by the sensor. Repair needed.
"Lo_bat"
replace batteries.
---OL---
overload.
SEtErr
the data is not valid. Repair needed.

DO NOT PRESS THE [ZERO/TARE] BUTTON
Unless the load is steady (as indicated by the STABLE LED at the bottom left edge of
the screen which is not lit), do not press the [ZERO/TARE] button.
ZEROING (ZERO)
Before zeroing, place an empty container on the scales if the STABLE LED is on. Then
press the [ZERO/TARE] button to make the scales ignore the weight of the container.
PLEASE NOTE:
After zeroing, the maximum measurable load is reduced by the weight of the container!
E.g. container b = 90kg, max. load l = 150kg, max. measured load L: L = l - b = 60 kg.
The load should be placed on the platform gently and removed immediately in the
event of overload (indicated by the OL message on the display).

HOLD
For loads above ≥ 0.05 kg in the weighing mode, you can activate the HOLD mode
by pressing [HOLD]. Then, the HOLD LED lights up at the bottom-right edge of the
display, which confirms that the function has been activated. To exit the hold mode,
press the [HOLD] button again. The scales will return to the weighing mode.
UNIT CHANGE (KG/LB, LB/KG)
The [UNIT] button allows you to select the weight unit and select either kg or lb. To
change the unit, press the [UNIT] button until the desired unit has been selected. When
changing from lb/kg, you can activate the price calculation function (also indicated by
the lit PCS LED). It will be explained in the Setting Prices section.
COUNTING PIECES
The scale has the option of determining and adding prices for every item of goods, as
well as determining the rate in relation to the control weight.
Press the [UNIT] button and activate the price determination mode. The PCS message
and the HOLD LED at the bottom right edge of the display will confirm the mode.
The message 10 will also appear on the display. You are now ready to determine the
fixed range amounts (10, 20, 25, 30, 50, 100, 200, 250, 500, 1000). Use the [ZERO/TARE]
button to change the ranges. When you have determined the quantity, place the desired
quantity of goods or the load on the weighing platform. When the STABLE message
lights up, press the [ADD] button. You can start counting by adding or subtracting
the counted pieces. Then press the [C] button and the system will proceed to price
determination as per its own definition. Here, it blinks at the last 0 place. Change the
place using the [Unit] button, and set the value using the [ZERO/TARE] button. Then,
place the load on the scales. The scales will calculate the price. Using the add function,
you can add different prices for different items and save them separately. Information
on this subject can be found in the section on saving and adding functions.
