SAFETY MESSAGE X:
„NO" status
If the display shows „NO", it means that the electrical circuit is not working. The scales
should be sent back for repair.
PRICE SETTING
If you want to assign prices to a specific weight, go to the PCS mode by pressing
the [UNITS] button. There, using the [ZERO/TARE] button, set the range (e.g. 1000
Euro for 1000g). Then, press the C button and set a price for 1000g. To do this, reset
everything by pressing button C again. By pressing the Unit button, each zero place
starts blinking. The TARE/ZERO button can assign the numbers: 0 or 1 for a given place.
When you have defined the price, place a reference weight of 1 kg on the scales. When
the Stable message lights up, press ADD. Now you can place loads on the scale to which
the device will assign a price.
ADDING
Place a load on the scales. When the STABLE message appears, press [ADD]. Then,
EN
remove the load. The scales will save the value and will reset (value: ADD01). After the
message STABLE has been displayed, place the next load on the scales. After STABLE
has been displayed again, press [ADD]. After the next STABLE message is displayed, the
load should be removed from the scales. The value will be added to the previous one
(ADD02). If you want to stop adding, press C (if both the load and ADD are displayed).
It is equivalent to deleting by using the CLEAR function. The mode ends.
ALLOCATION AND ADDING DIFFERENT PRICES
After completing the process described above and placing the load on the scales, you
can add any number of prices to a given item using the ADD function (described in the
Adding above).
SUMMING UP THE PRICES
Having assigned the price to a load, put the goods on the scale, and when STABLE is
displayed, press the [ADD] button. The price will be saved. Remove the goods from the
platform, and when STABLE is displayed, press the [UNIT] button repeatedly until the
system enters the PCS mode. In the PCS mode, you should assign a price to a specific
weight, as described above in the price setting (see above). If you put another load on
the scales, after the STABLE message has been displayed, press the [ADD] button again.
14
The previous price will be added to the next one.
This process can be repeated 99 times, defining new prices for goods each time.
CALIBRATION OF THE FLOOR AND PLATFORM SCALES
Starting the calibration mode:
Switch on the scales and then press [zero/tare], [unit], [zero/tare] rapidly, before the
scales get into the measurement mode. The indicator will go to the calibration mode
and display the maximum weight load of the scales and the value of the individual
weighing steps: e.g. 0150.02 (max. 150 kg in 20g steps).
Setting the load and units:
First, the units must be defined. Press the [unit] button and move the cursor to the end
on the right, then press [zero/tare], and the units will be displayed as follows: .01-.02
-.05 -.10 -.20 -.50. Then, set the load: press the [unit] button, move the cursor beyond
the dot, select the value by pressing the [zero/tare] button. Then, press [add] to save
the value. If the maximum load of the scales is 300 kg, enter 300 and save. The scales go
to the calibration mode and the following message will show on the display:
- **** -.
Enter the weight with which you want to calibrate the scales. Press the (UNIT) button
to move the cursor and, using the [zero/tare] button, change the numerical value that
currently lights up. Continue until the required value has been set. Then, press the [add]
button to save the value. If the indicator shows 0.00, you can place the selected load
on the scales. If the value you read corresponds to the weight of the load on the scales,
press [hold]. If there is no match between the values of the loads, press [zero/hold].
When the correct value is displayed, confirm it with the [hold] button. The scales have
now been calibrated and the load can be removed. The scales display should show 0.00.
OPERATION FIELDS AND SETTINGS
SWITCHING ON AND OFF (I/O)
The device is turned on using the main I/O switch, which is located on the back of the
device. The device will run the hardware test. The test first checks the display, and then
the LEDs. The display must show the message 0.0.0.0.0.0 correctly and all the LEDs
must light up correctly. Then, information about the current calibration settings (the
manufacturer setting is 0150.05, i.e. the measuring range is 150 kg in 0.5 kg increments),
the version of the calculator software (the message is Uer_3.2, i.e. the version is 3.2)
