Before use, always clean, disinfect,
and sterilize the parts and accessories of this
instrument. Please refer to the information
provided in these operating instructions. Several
parts that are non-sterile may cause bacterial or
viral infections.
In extreme condition of use (60mn ON /
20 mn OFF / 40°C ambient) the handpiece could
reach a temperature of 42°C which could induce
a light discomfort to the patient.
Always examine the product for damage
before commencing treatment. Damaged acces-
sories or a damaged unit must not be used and
must be replaced. Use original EMS spare parts
and accessories only.
Have this product exclusively repaired by
an approved EMS repair center.
Never use this unit on metal or porcelain
restorations. The high frequency ultrasonic oscil-
lations may loosen the restoration.
This product has been investigated with
regard to safety from electrical shock and fire
hazard. CSA (Canadian Standard Association)
has not investigated other physiological effects.

Faites réparer ce produit exclusivement par
un centre de réparation agréé EMS.
Les instruments ultrasoniques ne doivent
pas être utilisés sur des unités prothétiques en
métal ou en céramique. La restauration prothé-
tique pourra être endommagée par l'action des
vibrations ultrasoniques.
Ce produit a fait l'objet d'une étude en ce qui
a trait aux risques de choc électrique et d'incendie.
CSA (Canadian Standard Association) n'a pas
étudié les effets physiologiques.

Behandlung auf Schäden. Beschädigtes Zubehör
oder ein beschädigtes Gerät darf nicht mehr
verwendet werden und ist zu ersetzen. Verwenden
Sie ausschliesslich original EMS Ersatzteile oder
Zubehöre.
Lassen Sie dieses Produkt ausschliesslich
durch ein von EMS genehmigtes Reparatur-
zentrum reparieren.
Arbeiten Sie nicht an prothetischen Arbeiten
aus Metall oder Keramik. Durch die hochfre-
quenze Ultraschallschwingung kann die prothe-
tische Arbeit gelöst werden.
Dieses Produkt war Gegenstand einer
Studie bezüglich Brand- und Stromschlaggefahr.
Die CSA (Canadian Standard Association) hat die
physiologischen Wirkungen nicht untersucht.
