For delivery with base
. Position the base and align with the sur
veyor's level/straight edge.
D Caution! Use a surveyor's level/long
straight edge! Do not use a spirit level as
this is not precise enough.
. Level out any gaps between the base and
the floor at the levelling points using sheet
metal strips.
Placing the base unit on the plinth.
D Observe the design/installation plan!
. If the base unit was delivered in several
parts, assemble/weld these according to
the design/installation plan.
. Check/align the base unit using the sur
veyor's level.
. Level out any gaps between the base unit
and the floor at the levelling points using
sheet metal strips.
. For metal base: Fix the plinth and the base
unit with several welding spots.
Placing the top unit on the base unit
. Before positioning the top section, check
whether all cables, supply and discharge
lines are securely attached in the top sec
tion.
. Check/align the top section using the sur
veyor's level.
D The larger the cooking station, the higher
the measurement tolerance. Welding work
can lead to warping of the top surface
which cannot be prevented due to the na
ture of the process. This is not a reason
for complaints.
. Level out any gaps between the top and
base units at the levelling points using
sheet metal strips.
