Checking the cooking station (checklist)

This checklist and the "Gas leak test report" must be processed, completed and signed! Scan
or photograph the completed checklist/report and send to this email address: qs-gas-proto­
koll@salvis.ch
Caution! The manufacturer provides no warranty and accepts no claims for consequential
damage in case of inexpert assembly!
Description
Cross out the line is the respective model is not installed.
Assembly and installation carried out as per installation instructions
Installation carried out as per design/installation plan
Plinth checked, levelled/aligned
Base unit levelled/aligned
Top unit levelled/aligned
Splash guard/deflector plate installed between deep fat fryers and bain marie, hob,
etc.
Gas leak test carried out and documented on the "Gas leak test report" (SALVIS form
art. no. 887954)
Cooking station connected to the equipotential bonding system
Electrical testing carried out (VDE 0100, 0701-0702 or 0105)
Air flow for the induction range is ensured
Air filter in generator compartment is installed
Operating panel to the side panel is installed correctly according to the installation in­
structions
Installation modules tested in the different power stages
Customer informed about documentation supporting the product:
- Individual operating instructions
- Individual circuit diagram
- Individual type label (adhered in the cooking station)
