Gehäuse-Unterteil des Kippservos 3.1 demontieren.
Seitlich einen Schlitz einschneiden, um das Kabel
herausführen zu können. Gehäuse-Unterteil wieder
aufschrauben.
-
Den dreiteiligen Servo-Abtrieb 3.2 zusammensetzen
und auf dem Servo montieren. Abtrieb und Ring mit
einem Tropfen Sekundenkleber miteinander verkle-
ben. Innenteil nicht mitverkleben.

Servohalter 3.3 beidseitig auf Kippservo 3.1 aufste-
cken.
-
Kippservo im Chassis plazieren. Kabel seitlich her-
ausführen.
-
Gewindestange 3.4 bis zum Anschlag in den Servo-
Abtrieb eindrehen, Gabelkopf 3.5 aufdrehen.
Nach diesem Montageabschnitt werden alle weite-
ren Schritte zur besseren Übersicht ohne Gestänge
3.4, 3.5 dargestellt!

ben

Remove the bottom case section from the tilt servo
3.1. Cut a slot in one side so that the cable can be
run along it, then re-assemble the case.

Prepare the three-part servo output device 3.2 and
fit it on the servo. Glue the output device to the ring
with a drop of cyano. Don't glue the inner part.

Fit the servo mounts 3.3 on both ends of the tilt
servo 3.1.

Fit the tilt servo in the chassis, and run the lead out
from the side.
-
Screw the threaded rod 3.4 into the servo output
device as far as it will go, and screw the clevis 3.5
on the end.
After this step all further procedures are shown
without the parts 3.4, 3.5, in the interests of clarity.

Fit the gearbox (assembled in Stage 1) in the chas-
sis, with the lateral slots in the brackets on the right-
hand side.

Fit the differential (assembled in Stage 1) in the
ballrace 2.1 in the right-hand side of the chassis.

Démonter la partie inférieure du boîtier du servo de
basculement 3.1. Entailler une fente latéralement
pour y faire passer le cordon vers l'arrière.
Remonter et revisser la partie inférieure du boîtier
du servo.

Assembler le servomécanisme en trois parties 3.2
et le monter sur le servo. Coller la transmission et
la bague ensemble à l'aide d'une goutte de colle
cyanoacrylate. Ne pas coller la pièce intérieure.

Planter le support-servo 3.3 de chaque côté sur le
servo de basculement 3.1.
-
Installer le servo de basculement dans le châssis et
déployer le cordon latéralement vers l'extérieur.
-
Serrer la tige filetée 3.4 jusqu'à la sortie dans le
servomécanisme. Visser la chape 3.5.
Pour la suite du montage, tous les autres stades
seront présentés, pour plus de clarté, sans les piè-
ces 3.4, 3.5.

Engager le mécanisme assemblé au stade 1 avec
les dentes transversales des porte-palier dans le
châssis droit.

Installer le différentiel monté au stade 1 dans le rou-
lement à billes 2.1 du châssis droit.
