"MANUAL COOKING" MODE

Proceed as follows.
1 – Select the "manual cooking" function using the
knob.
2 – Press the button to confirm the value or descrip-
tion selected.
The display will show page.

Percentage humidity or steam vent

Fan speed
Fast cooling
The page is used to enter the data (cooking type, temperature, cooking time, etc.) to
allow cooking to be carried out in "manual mode".
Important
The "cooking time" and "core temperature" functions are mutually exclusive.
For example, if a user selects "cooking time" and then selects "core
temperature", the first function is cancelled.
