The chart shows the structure sequence of the main pages covering the various oper-
ating modes.

A – Presentation page: displayed when the appliance is switched on.
B – Main functions page (home page): used to access the pages for programming
and display of the appliance's operating parameters (see page 10).
C – "Manual cooking" page: used to enter the data (temperature, cooking time, etc.)
to allow cooking to be carried out in "manual mode" (see page 17).
D – "C3 automatic cooking" page: used to recall the cooking modality pre-set for the
different foods (see page 23).
E – "CF3 memorised cooking" page: used to select, amend or create cooking pro-
grams (see page 27).
F – "regeneration/banqueting" page:used to select and/or modifie the preset stand-
ard regeneration and Banqueting programs (see page 33).
G – "Special cooking" page: used to recall the particular cooking modality (e.g.
Smoking, pasteurisation, holding, BT cooking, dry, delta T, vacuum, regeneration, fa-
vourites) (see page pag. 33)
H – "Automatic washing" page": used to select the type of program for cleaning of
the appliance (see page 34).
I – "Settings" page: used to set the functioning parameters of the appliance (see
page 11).
J – "Service" page: function for the exclusive use of the After-Sales technical assist-
ance service (to be used with Password).
L – "HACCP" page: used to display the HACCP data acquired during different cook-
ing (see page 40).
