13. Storage and transportation

• To protect the saw chain from rust and oxidation, always lubricate it with a special saw chain oil (not provided)
before storage.
• Place the guide bar cover on the guide bar before storing and transportation.
• It is normal that the lubrication oil seeps when the product is not in use.
- Empty the lubrication oil reservoir after each use to prevent seepage.
- Place the product on an absorbent and oil resistant underlay (e.g. a cloth).
• Store the product indoors, in a dry place inaccessible to children.
• Transport the product adequately secured in original packaging.
• When storing the product in original packaging the oil reservoir must be completely emptied.

14. Disposal

Electronic devices are recyclable waste and must not be disposed of in the household waste. At the end of
its service life, dispose of the product in accordance with applicable regulatory guidelines.
You thus fulfil your statutory obligations and contribute to the protection of the environment.
