c) Connecting the product to the mains
Before connecting the product to the power supply, check that the power supply voltage and current rating
corresponds to the power supply details shown on the product rating label.
A cord retention hook (14) has been built-in the housing to prevent the electrical connection between the
extension cord and the power plug (11) being forced apart.
1. Connect the plug (11) to an extension cord.
2. Make a loop on the extension cord (not provided) and thread it through the cord opening (15) on the rear handle.

3. Loop the extension cord over the cord retention hook (14).
4. Gently tighten the extension cord.
