3. Position the saw chain (2) above the guide bar (1) and make sure that the running direction of the saw chain is
matching the direction indicator (17) on the guide bar.
4. Slide the saw chain into the saw chain slot (26) around the guide bar.
5. Tighten the saw chain by pulling it to the left side of the guide bar and make a loop for the drive sprocket (19).

6. Carefully fit the guide bar with its slot (25) on the guide bolt (20) and the tensioning pin (23). The loop of the saw
chain should be placed around the drive sprocket (19).
