CODE REMEDIES
1)
1 Pump inlet or impeller blocked :
- Remove deposits in the pump and/or vessel.
2 Wrong direction of rotation :
- interchange two phases of the mains connection.
3 Internal parts worn (impeller, bearings) :
- Replace worn parts.
4 Operating voltage too low :
5 Runs on two phases (only with 3~ model) :
- Replace faulty fuse.
- Check line connections.
6 Motor not running as no voltage :
- Check electrical installation.
7 Pump inlet blocked :
- Clean pump inlet.
8 Defective motor winding or electrical line
9 Flap trap blocked :
- Clean flap trap.
10 Excessive water level drop in vessel :
- Check/replace float switch.
11 Float switch defective :
- Check float switch.
12 Shut-off fitting in compressed-air piping not or insufficiently open :
- Open shut-off fitting fully.
13 Inadmissible quantity of air or gas in the liquid being pumped
14 Defective radial bearing in motor
15 Unit-based fluctuations :
- Check piping for elastic connection.
16 Thermostat for monitoring winding has switched off because of excessive winding temperature:
- Motor switches back on automatically once cooled.
17 Pump vent blocked :
- Clean pump ventilation hole/slat.
18 Temperature of pump medium too high :
- Restore the control of the current overload in the switchgear.
To remedy faults to pressurised parts, these must be depressurised (ventilate the return-flow preventer and

empty the vessel, if necessary using the manual diaphragm pump).
Check required.
