If there is no water or too little water in the external water reservoir, the device stops
pumping after a few seconds. Fill the water reservoir in the manner described above.
Steam-Ironing
CAUTION!
❐ Never aim the steam directly at people, animals or plants. This can cause severe
scalding.
For an optimum ironing result, we recommend that you dry-iron the fabric after
steam-ironing it in order to remove the moisture from it.
1. Fill the external or internal water reservoir with water (see previous sections).
2. Move the steam quantity control (2) to position
3. Place the device to heat up into the storage station or upright on a stable, fl at, heat-
resistant and moisture-resistant surface.
4. Plug the mains plug of the device into a properly installed mains socket that is easily
accessible.
