status of the sys-
tem
Switch off the
pump for 5 mi-
nutes and then
power on. If the
problem persists,
contact service
Check the probe
and the connection
to the pump
Check the sensor
and the connection
to the pump
If both pumps
show the A12
alarm, check the
connection be-
tween the pumps.
If one of the pump
is switched off or
shows another er-
ror code, check the
section 8.1 and 8.2
to find the problem
Switch off the
pump for 5 mi-

problem persists,

Remedy
Check the power supply
and ensure connection
to the main is intact.
Reset and replace blown
fuses.
Cause
Bridged or wrong start
signal on the start/stop
contacts.
The pump starts but the thermal protector is trig-
gered after a short time or the fuses blow
Cause
Damages power cable, the mo-
tor short circuits or thermal pro-
tector or fuses are not suited for
the motor current.
Triggered thermo-amperomet-
ric protection (single phase) or
of the protection device (three-
phase) due to excessive current
input.
Missing a phase in the power
supply.
The pump is making loud noises
