Press "START/STOP" to begin the workout.
When the target value (time) has been reached, the computer will emit multiple sounds. Press any but-
ton to stop the alarm.
You may change the tension level at any time during exercise with "UP" and "DOWN".
After workout, press RESET to return to initial menu.

You can do an automatically steered training depending on your pulse frequency.
Please ensure that you wear a compatible chest belt properly during workout.
Simple graphics show you whether you need to increase or decrease the intensity level for your rowing
exercise in order to match the desired pulse level. HRC55% is ideal for beginners and for fat burning.
HRC75% is suitable for experienced users, HRC90% should only be chosen by competitive athletes and
for short sprint training. The target heart rate is always calculated with your age what makes it necessary
to enter your age accordingly.
Use the „UP/DOWN"-buttons to amend the displayed value of 25 according to your actual age (figure
6). Press "ENTER" to confirm. Use the „UP/DOWN"-buttons to select between 55% (figure 7), 75%, 90%
and direct input of the target pulse (TAG). Press "ENTER" to confirm.
If you have chosen the TAG input (direct input of target pulse, figure 8), you need to enter the pulse
value with "UP", "DOWN" and "ENTER" (30 – 230 bpm).
Now set the time value for this workout (figure 9) and press "ENTER" to confirm.
Press START/STOP to start the training.
