Manual mode

After power on, use "UP" and "DOWN" to select MANUAL mode (the modes MANUAL –> PROGRAM
-> H.R.C -> RACE -> USER are flashing on the display) mode. Confirm with „ENTER"-button. If you have
previously selected a program or started a workout, press RESET first to return to the initial display.

In manual mode you can adjust the load manually. After selecting „Manual" (confirm with „ENTER"-
button) and "START/STOP" you may change the tension level at any time during exercise with "UP" and
"DOWN".
You may also input target values for the following function values:
a. TIME
b. DISTANCE
c. CALORIE
d. PULSE
To enter a target value, do not press "START/STOP" after selecting the workout mode, but instead use
"UP", "DOWN" and "ENTER" to input the target values. After your input, press "START/STOP to start
the exercise (figure 3). Please note, that TIME and DISTANCE cannot be preset at the same time. When
a target value has been reached, the computer will emit multiple sounds. Press any button to stop the
alarm. After workout, press RESET to return to initial menu.

Program selection

After power on, use "UP" and "DOWN" to select PROGRAM mode (the modes MANUAL –> PROGRAM
-> H.R.C -> RACE -> USER are flashing on the display) mode. Confirm with „ENTER"-button.
There are 12 program profiles available - use "UP" and "DOWN" to select one of them (figure 4) and
afterwards set the time value for this workout (figure 5).
