If you wish to add the number to the emergency list, press the -UP or -DOWN

button. The display shows »EMERGENCY ON«. When pressing the »OK/DIAL« key to

confirm, the display will indicate you to select the »LOCATION« from 1 to 5.

This defines the emergency call priority sequence, with »1« being the first number to be

called during the emergency call process and »5« the last. Change the location number

by pressing the -UP or -DOWN button. The offered selection comprises the location

numbers given to other phonebook entries as well as the next free position number.

Should you choose a location number which is already given to another telephone num-

ber in the phonebook, the display will prompt »OVERWRITE?«

Press the »OK/DIAL« key to save the entry to the phonebook. If »EMERGENCY ON«

is selected, the number is also saved to the emergency call list. The display confirms by

showing »SAVED!«.

6.4. Store a number on Hotkey 1 or Hotkey 2

Enter the menu by pressing the »MENU« key. Use the -UP or -DOWN buttons to

select »STORE NUMBER«. Press the »OK/DIAL« key and enter the phone number (up

to 22 digits).

Press Hotkey 1 or Hotkey 2, then press the »OK/DIAL« key again. The display confirms

the process by showing »SAVED!«.

To dial using a Hotkey, simply press Hotkey 1 or Hotkey 2. Then pick up the handset or

press the hands-free button to access the line and the stored number of the according

Hotkey will be dialed.

6.5. Delete a phonebook entry

To delete a phonebook entry, access the phonebook list and navigate to the according

entry. Press the »DEL« key. The display will show »DELETE?«.

Press and hold the »DEL« key for 2 seconds. The display confirms the process by

showing »DELETED !«. The phone will also confirm by voice, if the feature is enabled.

To delete all phonebook entries, access the phonebook list. Press and hold the »DEL«

key for 2 seconds. The display will show »DELETE ALL?«.

Press and hold the »DEL« key for 2 seconds again. The display confirms the process by

showing »DELETED !«. The phone will also confirm by voice, if the feature is enabled.

All entries within the phonebook are now deleted.
