5.5. Delete all caller ID numbers
While viewing a caller ID number, press and hold »DEL« key for 2 seconds. The display
shows »DELETE ALL?« on the bottom line. Press and hold the »DEL« key again for
2 seconds. The task is confirmed by the display indicating »DELETED«, which is also
voiced by the phone.

6. Phonebook management

You can store up to 30 phonebook entries in the telephone memory, with maximum of 22
digits for numbers and 16 characters for names. Should the phonebook memory be at its
limit and you want to add another entry, the display will indicate »MEMORY FULL«. In
this case you must delete one phonebook entry before you can add a new one.
Please note that you cannot add multiple entries with the same phone number.

6.1. View phonebook entries

In standby, press »CID/ESC« to switch to the caller ID and phonebook list. When the
phonebook list icon is shown on the display, press the -UP or -DOWN buttons
to browse the phonebook list. The phonebook entry sequence number is also shown.

6.2. Dial back from phonebook list

While viewing a phonebook number, press »OK/DIAL« key to directly call the number in
hands-free speakerphone mode.

6.3. Save a telephone number to the phonebook

You can save a telephone number and the corresponding name to the phone's telepho-
ne book.
In case of a wrong input while still entering the number or name, correct the entry by
pressing the »DEL« key to delete the last character in the row, one by one.
Press the »MENU« key to enter the menu options and press the -UP or -DOWN
buttons to select »STORE NUMBER«. Press the »OK/DIAL« key to start. The cursor
flashes on the middle line. Enter the telephone number (up to 22 digits).
When the telephone number is entered, press the »OK/DIAL« key again. The flashing
cursor jumps to the bottom line. Enter the letters of the name by pressing the correspon-
ding numeric keys repeatedly until the desired letter is displayed. Wait for the cursor to
jump to the next position and repeat. When the name is entered (up to 16 characters),
press the »OK/DIAL« key to confirm.
The display shows »EMERGENCY OFF«, which means that the number has not been
added to the emergency number call list. If you do not wish to add the number to the
emergency list, press the »OK/DIAL« key and the entry will be saved, which the display
confirms by showing »SAVED!«.
