Adjusting the door CLOSED + OPEN end positions
Open or close the door by hand when making adjustments, not with the automatic system locked.
The travel setting can be lengthened or shortened by means of the limit stops (V + H). Check whether the door opens and closes fully.
If it doesn't, the travel setting must be adjusted.

Automatic system self-learning
The control unit is equipped with an automatic force control device.
During "OPEN" and "CLOSE" movements, the control unit automatically detects the force required and stores it when the end positions are reached.
• Insert the plug.
On power up, the first movement of the automation must always be door OPENING.
If this is not the case, swap the wires on terminals 3 + 4.
• Press the push-button (1), the door opens as far as the door OPEN end position or it is already open.
• Close the door, press the wall button (1).
Reset the control unit DIP switch 4 ON, the lamp (2) is permanently on after the control unit is reset. DIP switch 4 OFF, the lamp (2) flashes after the
control unit is reset.
• Press the push-button (3) until the lamp (2) switches off.
• The lamp is off - the force settings have been deleted, release the button (3).
• The lamp (2) flashes - control unit successfully reset.
Perform the following procedure twice:
• Press the wall button once (1): the door opens as far as the limit stop (H, door OPEN)
• The lamp (2) flashes
• Press the wall button once (1): the door closes as far as the limit stop (V, door CLOSED).
• The lamp (2) flashes
When the lamp (2) has stopped flashing, the force values are read and stored in memory.
Self-learning procedure successfully completed!

Battery-powered operation

In the event of a power outage, kit type ZNB1 (optional), comprising 2 x 12V batteries and a battery charger, can be used to operate the automatic
door system for a limited time.

Door CLOSED end position
• Release the motor skid. Pull once on the emergency release
cable (N).
You should be able to push the motor skid forward or back-
ward by hand.
H
• Close the door by hand.
• Release the limit stop (V) and push it toward the motor skid
until you hear a click (the limit switch is triggered), then tighten
the limit stop. Door OPEN end position
• Open the door by hand.
• Release the limit stop (H) and push it toward the motor skid
until you hear a click (the limit switch is triggered), then tighten
the limit stop (H).
N
• Close the door by hand.
• Lock the motor skid (1): Pull once on the emergency release
cable (N). Slightly push the motor skid by hand until the chain
pinion engages with a loud click.
