FIRST INSTALLATION FORM - WARRANTY ACTIVATION
Dear Customer, The hereby form is a necessary feed-back for the Bianchi Vending Group S.p.A. Considered this form as formal report
of first installation, the BVG, kindly, asks you to fill this form in, once the process of first installation of the unit has been performed and
to return it back to us. Please send it via FAX or e-mail as specified below. Should anything go wrong during the first installation
process, please, specify the matter occured with relative brief description of the fact in the dedicated box then send this form to the
same fax n° or e-mail address as below. Bianchi Ven ding Group S.p.A. will activate the 1 (one) year warranty, starting from the moment
the hereby form is received correctly filled in all voices. Therefore, in addition to what said, in case the hereby form is not returned to the
BVG, automatically the company will start the warranty from the date of sale of the unit.
