3.3.7 Programming field 6 : input start up voltage

From the programming mode field 5, press for 1 second the button "P"
The ON POWER led emits six successive flashes (see chaper 3.3.15.)
With the two + or - buttons, you can change the programming value
The internal programming can be read by counting the number of flashes on the green LED "FLOATING / REFRESH"
To exit the programming mode, press the P key for 1 second.
