17 | Maintenance
Only have maintenance and repair work carried out by an authorised
specialist or specialist workshop.
18 | Warranty
The dealer/manufacturer from whom the charger was obtained
provides a statutory warranty that covers the materials and
manufacturing of the charger for a period of two years from the
date of receipt. In the event of a fault, the purchaser is initially only
entitled to supplementary performance. Supplementary performance
comprises either repair of the fault or the supply of a replacement
product. Devices or parts which have been exchanged become the
property of the dealer. The purchaser must inform the dealer without
delay of any faults that may be found. The right to claim against
the warranty must be supported by the provision of proper proof of
purchase (receipt, invoice etc.). Damage resulting from incorrect
handling, operation or storage, force majeure or other external
influences, is not covered by the warranty.
We assume no liability for any damage resulting from modifications
made by the user, the user will hold us indemnified against any
claims made by third parties arising from such modifications.
Unless otherwise stipulated above, our current Standard Terms and
Conditions of Business apply.
Any further claims made against the seller as a result of these
warranty obligations, in particular claims for consequential damage
due to loss of profits, compensation for use and indirect damages,
cannot be asserted, if no mandatory liability is defined by law.
The warranty will be rendered null and void and the device will be
returned at the cost of the purchaser if:
