ADJUST THE FENCE ANGLE
The fence will require occasional readjustment with use
1.
Place a combination square on top
of the outfeed table (Fig. 5).
2.
Turn the 0º angle stop (O)
counterclockwise several turns to
loosen.
3.
Loosen the fence angle locking
handle (R).
4.
Pull the fence towards yourself
until it touches the combination
square. Make sure the bottom of the fence touches the table without a
visible gap.
5.
Tighten the fence angle locking handle.
6.
Turn the 0º fence stop clockwise to tighten until it can't be turned any
further.
7.
Loosen the fence locking handle, push it away and pull it back to yourself
to check if the fence stops at 0º. Continue to adjust until it stops at zero.
8.
Loosen the bolt holding the angle pointer (N) and rotate it until it the point
aligns with the zero mark on the scale. Tighten the bolt.
9.
Retract the 45º fence angle stop (L) on both sides.
10. Push the fence back fully to set the 45º angle.
11.
Place the combination square on
the outfeed table with the 45º
edge facing the fence (Fig. 6).
12. Pull the fence forward until it
meets the 45º edge of the square.
Make sure there is not gap
between the fence and the table.
13. Lock the fence in place.
14. Check that the angle pointer is aligned with the 45º mark on the angle
guide.

If it is not aligned, recheck the 0º angle and the tightness of the angle
point bolt. Reset the 0º angle if necessary.
15. Check that the fence' s bottom is touching the table without a visible gap.
