Possible causes and remedies
A problem has occurred with the "Memory Stick".
tRemove the "Memory Stick" and then insert it again. If
the message appears again, contact your Sony service
facility or your Sony dealer to clear the error status.
The USB flash memory is full.
tUse another USB memory flash, or delete unnecessary
files from the USB memory flash using a computer.
tWhen IMAGE COPY on the FUNCTION SETUP menu is
set to CYC, these message do not appear and files are
deleted in sequence, starting with the oldest.
A problem has occurred with the USB flash memory device.
tA USB flash memory device which the printer does not
support was used. Use a USB flash memory device
manufactured by Sony Corporation.
tRemove the USB flash memory device and then insert it
again.
Possible causes and remedies
This message appears when the remote control unit is used in
CAP-STOP (CAPTURE STOP) mode and when the printer
stops capturing images once images have been captured to all
memory pages (to the last point of the last memory page).
tPress any button. Printer operation is enabled after this.
• The TV system of the signal input from the source
equipment (VTR, video camera and so on) is not
compatible with the TV system of your printer.
tCheck the signal of the TV system and input the
correct one.
tCheck the setting of the NTSC/PAL selector on the rear
panel. (See page 12)
• A signal other than a video signal (such as an audio signal,
etc.) is input.
tInput the correct video signal.
• The printer is not receiving an input signal from
equipment corresponding to the input selected on the
INPUT SETUP menu.
tCheck the input signal selected on the INPUT SETUP
menu. (See page 19.)
tCheck whether the video equipment is outputting a
video signal in playback mode.
tCheck that the connections between the signal source
equipment and the printer are secure. (See page 12.)
The image is not captured in memory.
tCapture the image in memory then start printing. (See
page 22.)
In the selected memory page, the captured image is being
printed or queued.
tRetry the operation once the printer finishes printing.
The temperature of the thermal head is being adjusted.
tLeave the printer until this message disappears. The
printer starts printing automatically.
