8. If you want to train in Manuell (manual) mode, set the level/vibration speed you
want using the rotary knob. The display for the level/vibration speed lights up at the
relevant point.
9. Assume a training position (see the "Application Examples" section).
10. When the set training time is up, the device switches off automatically.
11. You can change the training time at any point during use.
12. To stop the device, press on Start/Stopp (start/stop) on the control panel.
13. You can use the Reset button to reset the calorie counter to 0.
14. To switch off the device, move the On-/Off-switch on the back of the control panel
to the position O (OFF).
15. To interrupt the power supply, move the main power switch on the back of the base
to the position O (OFF).

Application Examples

• Do not use the device shortly after eating; wait at least 1 hour before you
start training.
• Wear suitable clothing for training.
• Do a few warm-up exercises before training.

Exercise 1
1. Place both feet side by side on the vibrating
plate.
2. Switch on the device and set the speed and
the mode you want.
3. Bend your knees slightly.
4. Now shift your weight alternately to the tips of
your toes and then to the whole of your foot.
5. Repeat this exercise as often as you want.
Exercise 2
1. Switch on the device and set the speed and
the mode you want.
2. Stand roughly one step in front of the device
and bend your knees slightly.
3. Place one foot behind you and place the tip
of the toe on the vibrating plate.
4. Maintain this position for a few seconds and
then switch foot.
5. Repeat this exercise as often as you want.
