Start on the slowest level/vibration speed and increase the intensity only gradually.
We explicitly point out that improper use of the device and excessive use can be
detrimental to your health.
1. Move the mains power switch on the back of the base to the position I (ON).
2. Move the On-/Off-switch on the back of the control panel to the position I (ON).
3. Stand on the vibrating plate. Make sure you are wearing sturdy footwear and are
standing in a stable position.
4. Press on Start/Stopp (start/stop) on the control panel.
5. The device automatically starts in Manuell (manual) mode with level/vibration
speed 1 and a training time of 2 minutes as well as a calorie consumption of 0.
6. Set how long you want your training time to be by repeatedly pressing the Zeit (time)
button. The chosen time is shown on the Display: length of the training time.
7. Set the mode you want by repeatedly pressing the Modus (mode) button. The dis-
play for the mode lights up at the relevant point.
