THE PEAK HOLD – MANUAL HOME SCREEN
1.
Follow the screen instructions: Place item on the pan.
2. Press BEGIN PEAK HOLD to begin the capture process.
3. The highest stable weight reading is held indefinitely.
4. Press END PEAK HOLD then clear the pan to reset the
display and re-start the process.
PEAK HOLD – AUTOMATIC

For automatic start and reset, choose Automatic
mode.
2. To enable this feature, enter the peak hold setup
menu. Change the mode to automatic.
3. Place item on the pan. The capture process starts
