14. Guarantee certificate
Guarantee terms:
This product is guaranteed for a period of two years from the purchase date (purchase receipt or invoice).
LEMAN brand products are all tested according to the current standards.
Your dealer undertakes to remedy any malfunction resulting from construction and material defects. The guarantee
consists in replacing the defective parts free of charge.
This warranty is not applicable in event of improper operation, nor in case of damage caused by unauthorized
interventions or by negligence of the buyer.
The warranty is limited to the replacement of defective parts, without compensation.
Repairs made under the warranty will not result in an extension of the validity period. Repairs do not give rise to
any new guarantee.
Warranty repairs may only be performed in your dealer's workshop or authorized workshop.
The transportation costs of the machine remain the responsibility of the customer.
Procedure to follow to benefit from the guarantee:
To benefit from the warranty, this guarantee certificate must be duly completed and sent to your dealer before
returning the defective product.
A copy of the invoice or delivery note indicating the date, the type of the machine and its reference number must
be provided with your request.
A prior agreement from your dealer will be required before sending the machine.
