Slide the welding wire through the through-feed
system (C), along the wire feed roller and push
it into the cable hose assembly (I).

Turn the pressure roller mechanism (E) towards
the wire feed roller (D) and tighten the tension
bar (D) using the adjustment knob (K).

Tighten the adjustment screw so that the
welding wire lies tightly between the pressure
roller (L) and the wire feed roller (H) without
being crimped.

Upon turning on the welder (1) and pressing
the torch switch (11), the wire feed system will
automatically feed the wire through the cable
assembly and the torch.
