Ensure the welding wire is secure and that the wire reel does not unroll itself.
Unpack the wire roll so that it can be unrolled
freely and place it on the shaft. Ensure that the
wire leaves the roll on the same side as the
wire through-feed (C) (See arrow). Replace the
roll holder (A) and lock it by turning it 90°
clockwise.

Pull the tension bar (D) forward and slide it
upwards.

Turn the complete pressure roller mechanism
to the side.
