Sending Emergency Alarm
Procedure:
Press the programmed Emergency On button.
Result:
If the alarm is successfully sent:

The emergency tone sounds.
If the alarm is unsuccessful after all retries:
●
A negative tone sounds.

Sending Emergency Alarms with Call
Procedure:
1. Press the programmed Emergency On button.
If the alarm is successfully sent, the emergency tone sounds.
2. To call, press and hold the PTT button.
3. Wait for the Talk Permit Tone to end, and speak into the microphone.
4. To listen, release the PTT button.

Sending Emergency Alarms with Voice to Follow
Procedure:
1. Press the programmed Emergency On button.
If the alarm is successfully sent, the Emergency tone sounds and Hot Mic is activated.
2. Speak into the microphone without pressing the PTT button.
Your radio automatically stops transmitting when the hot mic duration expires.

When you receive an Emergency Alarm, your radio shows the following indications:
