Charge battery
WARNING
Observe the following information to re-
duce hazards:
Never leave batteries to charge unsupervised!
Remove rechargeable batteries from the charger
after charging.
Do not over-charge batteries! Observe the maxi-
mum charging times. These charging times only
apply to discharged batteries. Inserting a charged
or partially charged battery multiple times leads to
overloading and cell damage. Do not leave batter-
ies in the battery charger for multiple days.
Never use or charge batteries if you suspect that
they were last charged more than 12 months ago.
The probability is high that the battery is already
dangerously damaged (deep discharge).
Charge the battery at an ambient temperature of 4 °C
to 40°C.
1. Push the battery (5) into the battery mount (6) as far
as it will go.
2. Plug the mains plug into the socket.
As soon as the charging process starts, the green
LED (14) flashes.
3. LED (14) lights up green when charging is com-
plete. The battery (5) is ready for use.
ATTENTION
If the red LED flashes, the battery has overheated
and cannot be charged.
IF the red and green LEDs flash, the battery is de-
fective.
4. Pull the battery (5) out of the battery holder (6).
5. Wait at least 15 min until a new charging process.
Therefore, pull the mains plug out of the outlet.
