PLAYBACK
SINGLE PLAYBACK (Either DECK I or DECK Il)
. Load a prerecorded tape in DECK I or Il.
2. Set the DOLBY NR ON/OFF switch and set the DOLBY
NR switch.

C or S-type NR with the DOLBY NR switch.

To improve high frequency sound during playback
in tapes with poor recordings
Press the FLEX button and playback the tape.
To stop playback temporarily (Expect for DECK | of
CT-W603RS)
Press the pause (§8) button.

To resume playback, either press the pause (BI) button again,
or press the playback (Pm or <) button.
To stop playback
Press the stop ( ™) button.
BLANK SKIP
This function allows you to skip unrecorded portions of the tape
during playback.
Set the REV MODE switch to=>.
@® When this mode is selected, if the tape deck encounters an un-
recorded portion of tape more than 15 seconds in length, it will
fast forward the tape until it encounters another recorded por-
tion, and resume playback from that point.
NOTE:

When the REV MODE switch is set to ==
position, relay mode
will be engaged automatically.
RELAY PLAYBACK
When
relay playback mode is selected, continuous playback can
be performed. When the tape in the first deck reaches its end and
stops, the other deck will automatically begin playback.
1. Load prerecorded tapes in DECK | and DECK Il.
2. Set the DOLBY NR ON/OFF switch and set the DOLBY
NR switch.

LECTURE

Appuyer sur la touche FLEX et procéder a la lecture de la bande.

Appuyer sur la touche de pause (@—).

Pour reprendre la lecture, appuyer de nouveau sur la touche de
pause (4) ou appuyer sur la touche de lecture (Pm ou <q).
Pour arréter la lecture
Appuyer sur la touche d'arrét (IM).
SAUT DES ESPACES VIERGES
Cette fonction permet de sauter des parties non enregistrées pen-
dant la lecture.
Régler le commutateur REV MODE en position =

Dans ce mode, si la platine rencontre une portion non enregis-
trée de la bande qui dure plus de 15 secondes, elle avance rapi-
dement la bande jusqu'au début de la position enregistrée sui-
vante, puis reprend Ja lecture a partir de ce point.

Lorsque le commutateur REV MODE est rég/é sur la position
cx» , le mode relais est automatiquement active.
LECTURE A RELAIS
Une lecture continue peut étre effectuée lorsque le mode de lec-
ture a relais est sélectionné. Lorsque la cassette chargée dans la
premiére platine arrive a sa fin et s'arréte, l'autre platine passe
automatiquement en mode de lecture.
1. Charger des cassettes enregistrées dans la Platine |
et dans la Platine Il.
2. Régler le commutateur DOLBY NR ON/OFF et le com-
mutateur DOLBY NR.

Régier tout d'abord le commutateur DOLBY NR ON/OFF en
position ON, puis sélectionner le commutateur NR de type
B, C ou S a l'aide du commutateur DOLBY NR.
