When the cooking centre is activated, the default setting is "slow load speed3 off',
divided into 3 speeds, each of which can be OFF or ON:

activates the slow load solenoid valve for 36/60 (60%)
"slow load speed2 off"
activates the slow load solenoid valve for 48/60 (80%)
"slow load speed off"
activates the slow load solenoid valve for 60/60 (100%)
IN THE WORK SCREEN (OFF MENU):
ACTION 1: pressing for 0.1 second activates the function on the display from "OFF" to "ON'; pressing for 0.1 second
switches from "ON" to "OFF" (opens and closes RELAY 2) and a single beep will sound
the 2 figures below represent action 1 (disregard other non-slow load symbols/functions)
IN THE MENU SCREEN:
ACTION 1: After pressing for 2 seconds, the menu is automatically accessed (without releasing), regardless of the icon,
the speed and whether set to ON or OFF, the MENU TIMER opens and a single beep will sound.
(if an active speed ON is pressed and held down, the icon flashes blue to indicate it is active, so the function continues
even within the menu and RELAY2 remains closed)
Inside the menu we find the 3 icons for the 3 speeds in the centre; when they are blue they are "ON'
the 2 figures below represent action 1 (disregard other non-slow load symbols/functions)
