ACTION 4: pressing the lower menu icon for more than 2 seconds, regardless of whether it is set to "Vacuum probe off"
or "Vacuum probe on", resets the SET/HOLD values, automatically closes the menu by deactivating the function; a single
beep will sound. (when accessing the menu you will find the SET to be set "- -" and then "HOLD OFF")

WHEN THE SET TEMPERATURE IS REACHED, an on/off beep will sound and the lower menu icon will start flashing.
If the timer is not pressed within 10 seconds, only the beep sound stops, but the flashing continues.
Pressing the flashing probe icon in the lower menu will stop both the beep and the flashing and will switch the probe back
to 'off'
