IN THE MENU SCREEN:
ACTION 1: After pressing for 2 seconds, the menu is automatically accessed (without releasing), regardless of whether
it is set to "Vacuum probe off" or "Vacuum probe on", the VACUUM CORE PROBE MENU opens, accompanied by a
single beep.
Inside the menu we find:
- on the left, the "vacuum probe on mini" icon
with the actual temperature read by the probe
- in central position,the '-' and '+' keys for the VALUE SET, which can be:
- -to be set and therefore with value "- -"
- -set, if the value has never been reset,
- on the right, the "HOLD" button, which can be:
- - set to off, with "HOLD OFF" icon
- - or set, if set in the last machine cycle, and therefore the "HOLD ON" icon will be visible

ACTION 2: If no value is set, exiting the menu will still activate the function with the actual temperature reading on the
display.

ACTION 3: the HOLD function can also be set in the menu, which is only activated if a VALUE is also set at the same
time, the "HOLD OFF"
icon is activated by pressing for 0.1 second and the icon switches to "HOLD ON"
When HOLD is off, the display shows SET with the set value underneath.
When HOLD is on, the display shows HOLD with the set value underneath.
