3) Data Maintain: Clear the patient, device, and
log information from the Gateway database.
Before data clear, Gateway service shall be
stopped; after data clear, restart Gateway
service.
– Patient: ADT messages for patient
information sent from the third party system
cached in the database, namely the patient
information displayed on the Patient
Information Management window;

– Device: The information of devices that
connected to Gateway recorded in the
database;
– Log: Operation logs recorded in the
database;
NOTE
Please confirm that the Patient, Device, Log is no
longer needed before clearing, because these
cannot be reverted once cleared.
