Problem solving
The monitor with TLS
function cannot be
online.
If the IP address of
Gateway connecting to
CMS is modified on
CMS interface, for
example, CMS is
disconnected to
Gateway A and
connected to Gateway
B, the device
information connecting
to Gateway A through
CMS before the
Gateway IP
modification is still
queried on Gateway A.
If the date of Gateway
on the system is out of
the validity period of
TLS certificate, the
date of the monitor will
be synchronized as the
date of Gateway on the
system, namely out of
the validity period of
TLS certificate. In this
case, change the date
of Gateway on the
system to a date within
the validity period of
TLS certificate and
restart Gateway, the
monitor is not online on
the Gateway.
60
The TLS certificate of
Gateway is expired or it
doesn't match with the
monitor certificate.
The connection between
CMS and Gateway is not
disconnected, Gateway
cannot determine whether
the devices from CMS are
offline.
The date of monitor is out of
the validity period of TLS
certificate, thus the monitor
is failed to authenticate with
the TLS certificate on
Gateway, and the monitor
cannot be online on the
Gateway.
Replace valid certificate or choose the
certificate matching with that of monitor.
Restart DCS after the IP address of Gateway
connecting to CMS is modified on CMS
interface.
Modify the date of the monitor to a date within
the validity period of TLS certificate manually,
and then the monitor can be online on the
Gateway.
