GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF APPLIANCE

The open burner range with oven, referred to from
now on as the appliance, is designed and con-
structed for preparing and cooking foods in the pro-
fessional catering sector.

Main Parts
A)Hob: in stainless steel.
B)Top burners: in enamelled cast iron, the power
they are able to supply varies depending on their
size.
C)Top burner control knobs: regulate the gas
supply to the top burners
D)Oven control knob: regulates the gas supply to
the oven burner
E)Ignition button: for lighting the oven burner
F) Heating element control knob: for turning the
grill heating elements on and off.
G)Mains light: indicates that the appliance is rece-
iving electrical power.
H)Static electric oven with grill: in steel and com-
plete with airtight door with heat-resistant handle.
L) Fume exhaust vent (type A): evacuates the
heat generated by the heating elements
M)Gas supply connection: for connection of the
gas supply
