GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF APPLIANCE

The open burner range with oven, referred to from
now on as the appliance, is designed and construct-
ed for preparing and cooking foods in the profes-
sional catering sector.
The appliance is produced in several versions to
meet varying user requirements (see diagram).
Main Parts
A)Hob: in stainless steel.
B)Top burners: in enamelled cast iron, the power they
are able to supply varies depending on their size.
C)Top burner control knobs: regulate the gas supply
to the top burners
D)Heating element control knob: for turning the
oven heating elements on and off and for regulat-
ing the temperature inside the oven.
E)Mains light: indicates that the appliance is receiving
electrical power.
F) Temperature light: indicates that heating of the
oven is in progress.
G)Thermostat light: indicates that the safety thermostat has
tripped.
L) Static electric oven: in steel and complete with air-
tight door with heat-resistant handle.
M)Gas supply connection: for connection of the gas-
supply
N)Fume exhaust vent : evacuates the heat generated
by the heating elements.
O)Oven fan switch: switches the oven fan system on
and off (For versions 1G1FA0EV-2G1FA0EV only).
