5 Removing the BFS Assembly
7. Remove all plugs from the used sockets of the communication assembly.
8. Remove the ferrite from the ribbon cable X1. To
remove the ferrite, insert a small flat-blade
screwdriver into the 2 central holes on the ferrite
and slowly open the ferrite.
9. Push the ribbon cable X1 from the COM assembly through the opening in the mounting plate
with COM assembly. This will prevent the ribbon cable from being torn off when removing the
mounting plate.
10. Remove the 4 mounting plate connecting screws
(TX20).
11. Remove the mounting plate incl. COM assembly from the inverter. To do so, use an angled
tool on the upper edge of the mounting plate to lever the mounting plate out of the fixing.
12. Remove all plugs from the used jacks of the BFS assembly.
13. Remove the 4 connecting screws of the BFS
assembly (TX20) and dispose of them properly.
14. Remove the BFS assembly from the inverter.
