Miscellaneous
Bluetooth isn't working properly
If you are having trouble connecting with another Bluetooth device, try the following solutions:
• Make sure the device you want to connect to is ready to be detected or paired
• Make sure that your device's Bluetooth function is active There are two options for this:
– Open the phone's quick settings window and check the Bluetooth icon is enabled (in
green)
– Go into Settings
and check that the switch is enabled
• Check that both Bluetooth devices are within the maximum Bluetooth range (about 10m)
• On your device, go to Settings
and click on Reset WiFi, mobile data and Bluetooth > Reset settings. You may lose saved
information during a reset
If the tips above do not solve the problem, contact the Crosscall after-sales service
Can't connect to a computer
• Make sure the USB cable you're using is compatible with your device
• Check that the necessary driver is installed on your computer and that it is up to date
Your device can't detect your location
In some locations, like inside a building, the GPS signal may be weak If this happens, set up
your device to use a WiFi or mobile network to help find your location.
Without a connection to a WiFi or mobile network, acquiring your GPS position will take longer
The Home key does not appear
The navigation bar with the Home key may disappear when you use certain apps or functions
To display the navigation bar, swipe up from the bottom of the screen
