In the event that your phone has a defect that prevents normal use, you will need to take your
device to our After-Sales Service� Your phone will not be repaired or replaced if the trademarks
or serial numbers (IMEI) have been removed or changed, or if your purchase receipt is missing
or illegible�
If the lack of conformity or defect is confirmed, all or part of your phone will be replaced or
repaired� This warranty covers the cost of parts as well as labour�
Before sending your phone to our After-Sales Service, we recommend:
• writing down and keep your IMEI somewhere safe (*);
• removing the SD card and the SIM card;
• saving all your personal data� Our repair centre might need to format your phone�
(*) Your IMEI code is the serial number used to identify your device and monitor after-sales
service. There are several ways to find your IMEI code:
• Tap *#06# on your mobile phone keypad;
• Check the packaging of your phone;
• On the back of your phone and depending on the model, the IMEI may be given on a label or
engraved on your phone's SIM tray�
Documents and information to enclose when sending your phone to our After-Sales Service:
• A copy of the invoice or receipt, showing the date of purchase, the type of product, and the
name of the distributor;
• The IMEI number of the phone;
• A description of the fault with the phone�
