10.2 Procedure
Fig. 3: Disassemble and replace product
Disassembling the product
1. Separate the electrical cables.
2. Release 4 screws at the corners of the product.
3. Lift the product parallel to the base plate.
Replace product
1. Ensure that the seal on the bottom of the product is in the slot.
2. Clean the surface of the base plate. See g 9.2 Cleaning.
3. Insert the product with the transfer plug into the opening of the base plate.
4. Align the product parallel to the surface of the base plate and parallel to the
rear edge of the base plate.
5. Press the product down at the height of the transfer plug.
ð Product lies flat on the base plate.
6. Tighten 4 screws at the corners of the product.
Tightening torque: 0.8 Nm +/- 0.1 Nm.

11.2 Data protocol
11.2.1 Output data
• The IO-Link master can transfer up to 6 bytes of output data to the IO-Link in-
terface in order to operate the valve system.
• The IO-Link interface receives 6 bytes of output data regardless of the number
of valves present in the valve assembly.
