4.7 REPLENISHMENT OF THE SYSTEM
When all the connections have been done,
it is necessary to close with care all the hy-
draulic connections of the kit, included the
internal ones that could have been released
during the transport or the placement of
the device.
Then, you can proceed to replenish the in-
ternal circuit of the thermal cooker, through
the opening of the replenishment group,
and of the part related to the heating sys-
tem. The replenishment must be done slow-
ly, checking that the all the air inside is elim-
inated.

4.10 SAFETY
In every solid combustible based boiler it is not
technically possible to break up immediately
the combustion as it happens for the liquid/
gas combustible based boilers when neces-
sary. Because of this there is the need to drain
always the heating produced, even if the sys-
tem does not require it or in case of lack of
electricity.
In this case, in the STK thermal cooker when
the temperature reaches the safety value, the
thermal discharge valve in the internal circuit
acts to limit the temperature by cooling the
boiler directly from inside through a dedicat-
ty discharge must be connected to an always
free external exhaust.
We suggest to unscrew completely the cap
of the automatic vent-hole valve, to release
the manual vent-hole valves in the Kit and
eventually to release the screws on the cir-
culation pumps.
Once the replenishment is completed, all
the valves must be closed. After the replen-
ishment and the working tests it is possible
to restore the protective structure of the kit
by restoring the side, reconnecting the ter-
minal boards to the control unit and read-

of the thermal discharge safety valve at least
once a year by activating it through the appo-
site button placed on the valve itself.
