INTERNAL WALLING (ST 90, STK)
The refractory mortar used for the internal
walling contain always a little moisture that
is eliminated after the first periods of use: so
it is normal that the first times you light the
thermal cooker a little condensation is being
generated.

BEFORE USING THE THERMAL COOKER
Before starting to use the thermal cooker,
remove the packaging materials in the oven,
remove the plastic film in which is wrapped
part from the side in which you want to add
the handrail and insert the bend and the
remaining parts of the handrail. Last opera-
tion, fix the hex head screws with the special
hex key and insert the final part.
For the same reason the internal refractory
bricks experience a bedding that may gen-
erate small holes on the bricks, such holes
do not preclude anyway the working of the
thermal cooker.
