9 Adjusting the Blower
► Push the control handle (1) onto the mount (3).
► Insert and tighten the screws (2).
► Secure the throttle cable (4) in the throttle cable clamp (5).
8.3 Mounting and Removing the Nozzle
WARNING
Never operate your blower without a properly mounted
blower tube and nozzle, @ 5.7.4. Use only attachments
supplied or expressly approved by STIHL, @ 5.4.

To mount the nozzle:

► Align the hole on the nozzle (4) with the lug on the blower
tube (3) and push the nozzle (1) onto the blower tube (2).
The nozzle will engage. Once the nozzle and blower tube
are assembled, keep them connected during use and
storage.
