4.
Loosen the bone screw by rotating it half a turn counterclockwise so that the base
does not tilt when the adjusting screw is tightened.
5.
Lightly press the pins of the base through the skin until they lie on the neurocranium.
6.
Tighten the adjusting screw until the base is rigidly attached to the neurocranium.
WARNING
Do not pull the adjusting screw too tight, as otherwise the bone screw could be pulled out.
